So Busy Coveting You cannot Obtain

How poor we are at receiving love. We are good at demanding it, but not receiving it. Sin has damaged our ability to receive love properly. We are often unable to receive love from God because we are coveting another way we desire to be loved. Nothing is more painful than coveting and not obtaining. This keeps us from seeing the value of God’s love offered us in Christ and so receiving it.
